Jay-Z on Entrepreneurship, Perspective, Creativity and Growth

Entrepreneurship and success sometimes have misperceptions because society tends to only look at what people have accomplished and not their actual journey. That’s something that Hustle & Deal Flow™ is very passionate about outlining because the journey makes us human. And if we’re smart, we grow in character and behavior on that journey.

In 2013, the ever growing, always expanding Jay-Z was interviewed by Elliot Wilson at Yankee Stadium. Completely removed of ego, Jay demonstrates the importance of having the right perspective in one’s approach to business and life.

With so many great lessons in that interview, we decided to display both video clips here and outline those lessons with their appropriate time (min/sec) in the video – just in case you’re in a hurry.
